This delicious wine was made by our Wine Club Members at our first annual grape stomp festival, proving that a great wine can be made in this traditional way. Dark salmon in color with aromas of green strawberry, fresh raspberry and watermelon rind, this medium-bodied rosé has notes of sea spray, guava and mango on the palate. Enjoy a long and bright finish.
Using the ancient technique of pigeage-á-pied, (phonetically pronounced Peed-AHJE, meaning punched down), this delicious wine was made by our wine club members at our first annual grape stomp festival, proving that a great wine can be made in this traditional way.
“I’ve always wanted to make wine from the Grapestomps that I’ve done over the years. This rosé made in such a traditional way will be perfect for the Thanksgiving table. This is one rosé that can handle some age.”- Winemaker- Don Crank
