Our fermentation hall is a dual purpose space.

During harvest, our winery is firing with activity, focusing upon what is best for the fruit.

In the months when the wines are aging, the space provides an exquisite venue, combining the design elements of the structure and industrial nature of the surrounding equipment, for a myriad of events. Fully automated with multimedia A/V, wireless internet, satellite television, Hawks View offers a plethora of avenues to create the perfect ambiance in a convenient and unique setting.
